We're excited about what God is doing at ICA!  For 2025-2026 school year, we are hiring the following positions:

  • Elementary Teacher (4th, and 5th)

  • Band

  • Secondary Teacher (Flexible Areas of Emphasis)

Ministry highlights

  • Growing student body (currently 360 Students K-12th Grade)

  • Accredited by the AACS

  • Fine Arts program including choir, handbells, etc…

  • Strong Athletics program including boys and girls soccer, basketball and volleyball

  • Modern Technology: Each teacher given MacBook or PC laptop and an iPad. All classrooms have Smartboard TVs and dedicated Chromebook Carts (8th-12th grade students are given take home Chromebooks)

  • Paid for professional development, certification and renewal

  • Master’s Degree tuition fully paid for by the school with teaching commitment

  • Vibrant and growing church (church averages 350-400 in attendance)

  • Affordable community with close proximity to major city (Downtown Indy ~ 45 minutes away)

  • Stable school administration (only three administrators since the school’s founding 50 years ago)
