*Payments can be made yearly (paid in full in August receives 5% discount), semester (paid in August and January will receive 3% discount), or monthly (paid August-May in 10 payments).
Enrollment Fee: $50 per child.
Book/Supply Fee: $150 per child.
Activity Fee: $75 per family.

KINDERGARTEN - Senior High
$7,100 per year** (FREE with School Choice Voucher)

Enrollment Fee: $50 per child.
Activity Fee: $75 per family.
Sports Fees vary depending on the sport and level of competition. Before and after school charges apply if childcare is needed outside of normal school hours (7:30a-3:30p). See the “Before and After-School” section at the bottom of the page for pricing.
school choice vouchers
The vast majority of Madison County Parents qualify for FREE enrollment through Indiana’s School Choice voucher program. The eligibility for this program includes both income and eligibility requirements.
If your family meets the criteria, your entire tuition bill will be paid for as a part of the school choice voucher program.

To be eligible, a students must meet the following requirements:
Have legal settlement in Indiana
Be between the ages of 5 and 22 no later than October 1 of the school year
Be accepted for enrollment into a participating Choice school

We strive to make tuition as affordable as possible for our school families. There are many opportunities for discounts and scholarships. We pray that every family who wants to can send their children to Indiana Christian Academy.
additional Scholarships
If you do not qualify for the School Choice Voucher program, Indiana Christian Academy is pleased to be able to offer scholarships for families who need assistance with their tuition. There are two scholarship opportunities available.
SGO (Scholarship Granting Organization) Scholarship
The SGO scholarship is made available to students whose parents fall in certain financial criteria. Please contact our school office to find out if you qualify. The school number is (765) 643-7884.
An SGO scholarship is made available through donations from people in our community, if you are interested in donating to ICA and receiving a 50% state tax refund, contact our school office.
School Scholarships
These scholarships are often available for families who don’t qualify for School Choice or SGO scholarships. Though limited funds are available, we are excited to be able to give families who are struggling financial assistance! Contact the school office for more information.
Before and After-School
Before school is available to students beginning at 6:30am. Parents will be charged $1 per student every fifteen minutes until 7:30am.
After school is available after 3:25pm until 5:30pm. Students will be charged $1 per student every fifteen minutes until 5:30pm. In order to allow our staff to get home to their families, we ask that students are picked up by 5:30pm. There is a $1.00 charge per minute after 5:30pm until the students are picked up.
