It takes consistent effort and development to achieve a winning volleyball program. Over the past 10 years, Indiana Christian Academy has two IACS State Volleyball Championships. The consistent effort by the school’s coaching staff has continued to produce a quality program over the years. In order to maintain a quality program, future volleyball players must develop their skills and understanding of the game.
Summer Volleyball Camp at ICA is designed not only to help mature the school’s future players, but also to improve its current team with intense training and skill refinement. Campers should expect conditioning, agility and skill drills, as well as training in techniques with one-on-one instruction.
In the morning (9:00 am to 11:30 am), the 4th through 6th grade girls should expect concentrated fundamental instruction along with some conditioning and game-like situations.
In the evening (5:30 pm to 8:00 pm), the 7th through 12th grade girls should expect fundamental review, conditioning and agility exercises, as well as a focus on strategic team volleyball.
The cost of camp for each girl is $40-which includes a camp t-shirt.
Both groups should look forward to an intense, yet fun time of volleyball. We are looking forward to it. Can’t wait to see you June 22nd to 26th!
